Innovative and passionate about brand awareness and product performance, Culbertson owned, operated, and marketed successful fashion boutiques for 17 years both online and in exclusive hi-end shopping areas. Andrea Maxwell RN, BSN, MHA is a highly proficient, multi degreed owner and CEO of Align Medical Staffing Agency, she is also a Healthcare Administrator at a nationally known Healthcare organization, and performs coaching through her Elite Thinking project. With over 28 years of healthcare experience, she has worked her way from cleaning houses of nurses to employing nurses through her agency. In her role as a Healthcare Administrator, she has successfully led an array of departments with hundreds of nurses and support staff. Through her Elite Thinking project, she has coached and mentored a select few to follow their dreams and become entrepreneurs. Andrea has distinguished herself by building highly engaged teams, fostering trust and confidence through her words and actions, and always holding herself and others to a high standard of performance. In the pursuit of excellence, Andrea supports others by devoting significant time and energy to coaching, ongoing training, and self-development. Her passion is helping those who just need a little encouragement and mentoring to reach their goals. She also provides transitional housing for domestic violence victims and their families. As a civic leader, Andrea dedicates significant time and energy to both her church and community. She has received two honorary Senior Citizen awards for her volunteer work and for providing care to the elderly. She also teaches Sunday and Vacation Bible School for the youth. She has provided wound care and assisted with daily activities for women surviving breast cancer. She volunteered for the Rites of Passage programs at local schools, Black Girls Rock empowerment seminars, and with the African American Professional Association. She also volunteers her time at weekend flu immunization clinics and Diabetes health fairs. She supports the Ladylike Foundation and uses her Elite Master Storytelling skills to motivate, inspire and create impact across the nation. Andrea has been married for 31 years and is a mother of two daughters. She enjoys kickboxing, sewing, and being a grandmother.

Vivian Rideaux Baxter is a retired educator. She taught school for 45 years in Jolliet, Illinois, San Antonio, Texas, and Los Angeles, California. Over the course of her career, she had the pleasure of teaching all grade levels from kindergarten to 12th grade. Baxter received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Incarnate Word University in San Antonio, Texas. She later received her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. A lifetime learner and always striving to reach all students, she returned to school to become fluent in Spanish. Vivian earned her certificate in bilingual education from California State University, Dominguez Hills in Carson California and became an English as a Second Learner (ESL) instructor for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Baxter is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Incorporated. She enjoys serving her community and giving back to the youth, as she wholeheartedly knows that the youth are our future.
